Anyone who has swapped a fly line from one reel to another, or removed a line from a reel for storage will know just how difficult it can be to control the line and keep it neatly together in the process. That why we now keep stock of these handy Fly Line Winder devices, to stop teh birds nest happening and keep your line all together.

It attaches quickly and easily to your desk and then allows you to wind the line off your reel and onto the holder. You can then use a twist stick or some masking tape to hold the line together, open up the arms of the device and slide the line off, ready fro storage. The reverse goes for when you want to load the lone onto a reel. Lock it in place on the Fly Line Winder and it offers enough tension to control the line off the device as you wind it onto your reel.
