Our latest offering in carbon rods, the Sky High 3-weight is a medium action graphite rod. This is one that we find casts extremely well for a light rod and yet handles fish beautifully when you need to put some pressure on them. Ideal for a range of small stream applications, these rods are delicate enough for dry fly presentations, and have enough backbone in them for running a nymph dropper off your dry when you need to get below the surface.

This is a very nice fly rod that will make you question why you didn’t have a nice 3-weight like this before. Incredible build and casting action for a fraction of the price of comparable rods.

I let Dad fish with mine once he moved back here from Tassie.
I had to get him one for Christmas so I could get mine back off him.
It is still his favorite small stream fly rod.
