There is no doubt that a stick caddis will catch fish time and time again, as they are always present in any waterway. After years of experimenting, I have come up with several variations of stick caddis patterns that have proven themselves on the streams. From these variations, I ended up with one that was dubbed the ‘Short Stick’ on account of the length of the body. this fly has caught more fish that I’ve had early dinners. So, I know it will do well for you too, when presented properly.

All flies are supplied in half dozen quantities. Whilst I do keep stock of the more popular flies, pre-tied and ready to go, most flies are hand tied to order. Because of this, there is a lead time on all fly orders. Depending on order size and guiding commitments, this can vary between two days and weeks. For quality purposes, I only outsource some fly tying to noted Australian Fly Tyers that I use myself.

I do not rush fly orders as I want you to have flies that I would be confident fishing with myself.
